Ferry Pardon

Our first contact was by phone. Mr Ferry Pardon was very open to me. I told Ferry what I was looking for and he guided me through all the sites. Mr Ferry was never pushing, he answered all my questions with patience. After reviewing the websites I called him again and he invited me to the island. Ferry offered to pick me up from the airport. The first day Ferry came up with a list of interesting possibilities we could visit. All in a relaxed atmosphere, never rushing, having brakes for coffee and lunch. During our visits to the sites we discussed the pro\’s and cons while Ferry was trying to figure out what would suit me. During our chats he adjusted our schedule, telling me that some other apartments might be more suitable to me. After the deal was done Ferry keeps in touch, asking if I ran into any troubles etc. He was and still is very helpful, even if something has nothing to do with the purchase of the house, Ferry is always trying to help me overcoming obstacles. All in all my experiences with Ferry Pardon and KW North Cyprus could not have been any better. Sjoerd Broekhoff
