Her patience with me was admirable. No matter the time of day, she was always available to answer my questions. Not only did she help me during my search for an apartment on Cyprus but afterwards she guided me through and over all the obstacles I encountered while doing business with the authorities.
Often I was wondering how Tugba could remain so calm and be so polite.
For Tugba her work didn’t end with the signature on a contract, she kept helping me way beyond the boundaries of a real estate agent.

Tuğba is like a pitbull for her clients, she is extremely professional and doesn’t give up until her actions aren’t needed anymore. She is easy to approach and taking her time during replying. She is quiet and relaxed and in the meantime preparing documents or what ever is needed. She keeps her patience (with me) and doesn’t show any annoying irritation even though at a moment she could have.. I’m thankful for knowing her! Seriously she is the best 🙏🏻
